Refund Policy
Mala jewelry that has not been worn may be exchanged within seven ( 7 ) days of receiving it. Kindly contact us through e - mail first to start the process.

CONDITIONS:
- to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Jewelry must be completely unworn and not show any signs of wear or use at all
- the tassel on Mala necklaces must not show any signs of wear at all
- shipping charges will not be refunded (to and from)
- items must be in its original box and muslin pouch
- a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment (not including shipping)
